●へたな[うまい]やり方 poor [skillful] management

・賢いやり方 a clever way [method] 《of dealing with a problem》

・ユニーク[旧弊]なやり方 a unique [an outdated] method

・強引なやり方 a high-handed method.

●やり方がよい[悪い] go about one's task in the right [wrong] way

・機械が悪いんじゃなくてやり方が悪いんだよ. It's not the machine that's to blame, it's the manner of operating it.

・私には私のやり方がある. I have my own way of doing things.

・エネルギーの節約にはいくらでもやり方があるはずだ. There must be any number of methods for conserving [saving] energy.

・趣旨はいいのだが, 奴のやり方が気に食わん. The end is fine, but I don't like the means he's using to achieve it.
